At 42 years old, Jaromir Jagr became yesterday, the oldest NHL player to score a hat trick. In a 5-2 win over the Philadelphia Flyers, Jagr surpassed Gordie Howe who scored three goals in one game at 41 years old, back in 1969. Jagr is also leading the New Jersey Devils with 25 points in 40 games this season.
