Where does North Legends ship from?

We ship all our merchandise from Québec city.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal or any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Can I track my order?
  1. All US orders are tracked.
  2. Canadian orders are not, sadly we don't offer tracking on small orders to keep affordable shipping prices for our customers. We don't want to charge you guys 15$ shipping on a 20$ item.
  3. All International orders are shipped with Canada Post.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Depends mostly on where’s the final destination. Usually takes about 1-5 business days to produce and prepare your order then 2-7 business days for shipping anywhere in Canada, 4-10 business days for USA.

What about the shipping fees?

Flatrate of 5.99$ anywhere in Canada and free shipping for 50$ and more. It’s 7$CAD for US orders and 9.95$CAD for international orders.

Any duties/customs fees for the USA?

Our products are on par with the NAFTA and the buyer doesn't have to pay anything else than our checkout price.

I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

You need to contact us ASAP BEFORE the item is shipped. Email us: [email protected] or chat with us directly on our website. Once the item is shipped, if it's your mistake, you will need to repay for shipping BOTH WAYS in those specific situations:


  1. You selected the wrong cell phone version (you also need to send back the case you received)
  2. You entered an incorrect address or made a mistake while entering your address and the item is shipped back to us
What kind of shirt do you print on?

Usually on a 100% combed ring-spun cotton made from a superior quality 7 oz jersey knit featuring a modern, tailored fit. It will be clearly written in the item description if the garment is different.

Do you sell your t-shirts or phone cases at wholesale?

Sure thing, please contact us if you’d like to sell North Legends.

I ordered the wrong product/size, can I get an exchange?

Yes you can, as long as the item was not worn, buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. You have 30 days maximum to return your item.

I have a great design idea, can I submit my work?

Of course you can. Just write to us about your idea/design using the contact form and we can discuss!
