Returns Policy

Due to the customized nature of all of the products we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is hand-drawn with care and is entirely unique to you and your pet.

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we always aspire to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece. If you are unsatisfied with your final product then please get in touch with us via the chatbox on the right corner, input your email to get quick answers directly in your mailbox. 

If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, please advice us as soon as possible, you can cancel your order within 24 hours.. Reason being our talented artists are already working on your custom artwork and have invested time in it. 

It's your duty to upload a high quality photo, blurry/black and white/low resolution pictures will result in lower quality artwork, please send a picture accordingly.
